Our program is based on the Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education. The classroom is mixed age, with children aged 2.5 – 4 years old, and class size never exceeds 10 students per day. Both the lead and assistant teacher strive to give each child an appropriately tailored educational experience while adhering to the New York State standards for early childhood education. During the majority of class time all the children will play and explore together, share the entire classroom space and work with both teachers.
- Mixed aged classroom
- Art studio within the classroom
- Child lead curriculum
- Small student to teacher ratio
- Taught by highly qualified experienced teachers
Families can sign up to attend 3,4 or 5 days a week. Individual tuition is determined by the number of days school year a child is signed up to attend at the start of the year. We follow the Albany School District school year calendar. Days can be added ( if space is available ) at any point and tuition will be adjusted.
Payment is accepted in full or in three parts (once at the beginning of the school year, late fall and early spring)
